The Challenge:
As a market leader in Spain, Mar de Frades was poised to make its debut in the UK. With a deep connection to Spain’s fashion community, the brand sought to establish a similar presence in the UK, targeting fashion-forward individuals who appreciate both style and quality. The challenge was to raise awareness in a competitive market, positioning Mar de Frades as the wine of choice for London’s most influential tastemakers.​

To introduce Mar de Frades to the UK market, we carefully curated a strategy that aligned the brand with the fashion world’s elite, using our extensive network to connect with the right audience. We positioned Mar de Frades as the wine of choice at some of London’s most prestigious fashion events, ensuring it reached an influential crowd including designers, celebrities, stylists, artists, and media. By creating authentic, high-profile connections, we drove both visibility and desirability among the key figures shaping UK fashion culture.

Execution & Results:
With the brand still relatively unknown in the UK, we kickstarted our campaign by partnering with the British Fashion Council to elevate Mar de Frades, ensuring the brand became synonymous with luxury and sophistication. This placed Mar de Frades directly in front of fashion’s most influential individuals, sparking conversations and generating significant buzz.
In addition, we executed a targeted gifting campaign that allowed influential figures across the UK fashion community to sample and fall in love with Mar de Frades. This grassroots approach encouraged influencers to share their new favorite wine with their highly engaged followers, creating organic word-of-mouth and authentic brand advocacy.
We also partnered with notable brands, including Spanish-native label Fabelious for their exclusive store launches. These collaborations expanded Mar de Frades’ presence within the fashion community, driving repeat engagement and solidifying the brand’s status.
Supporting our efforts, a carefully executed PR campaign placed Mar de Frades in leading fashion and lifestyle publications, positioning the brand as the “wine to watch” for trendsetters and tastemakers.
